VERAMáND LTD was established in 2010 in Cyprus. 

Initially, it was operating as Veramand Studio.

In 2012, the Veramand Academy was launched.

In 2016, the Music Label & Publishing dept. started. It was named Veramand Artivity.

In 2020, it stopped its operation and became a Creative Platform.

In 2025, Veramand was transformed into VeraGránd.
